Account Information (Hosts)

When you create a host account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile photo (optional)
• Authentication credentials (managed securely by Firebase Authentication)

Guest Information

When guests join an event, we collect:

• Name or email entered when joining (used to identify photos)
• Photos taken during the event

Photos

Photos uploaded through Framr are stored securely using Firebase Storage. Photos are associated with the event they were taken at and the guest name provided.

Device and Usage Data

We may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Crash reports and performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To manage your account and event creation
• To enable photo sharing within events
• To process in-app purchases

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Firebase (Google) — for authentication, database, and storage
• RevenueCat — for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Apple — for App Store purchases and Apple Sign-In

Event photos are retained as long as the event exists. When a host deletes an event, all associated photos are removed. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted.

• Access your personal data

• Delete your account and all associated data

7. Camera and Photo Library Access

Framr requests access to your camera to take photos for events and your photo library to save event photos. We only access these when you explicitly use these features. Photos are only uploaded when you choose to do so.

8. Children's Privacy

Framr is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Firebase, and access-controlled cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
