1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Framr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Framr is an event photo-sharing platform. Hosts create events and share QR codes or links. Guests join events and contribute photos to a shared gallery. The Service includes a mobile application for hosts and a web-based interface for guests.

3. Accounts

To create events as a host, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Guest Access

Guests can join events without creating an account by scanning a QR code or entering an event code. By joining an event, guests agree to these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload to Framr. By uploading content, you grant Framr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material
• Contains malware or harmful code

6. In-App Purchases

Framr offers in-app purchases for event tiers with different guest limits. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policies.

7. Event Host Responsibilities

As a host, you are responsible for:

• The content shared within your events
• Moderating photos uploaded by guests
• Distributing event access appropriately
• Complying with local laws regarding photography and consent

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload excessive amounts of content to degrade the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
